Coming out on April 29, this sci-fi thriller’s plot is simple: an astronaut crashes on an unknown planet and discovers he’s not alone. Starring Adam Driver and directed by horror film master Sam Raimi, this film is likely a box office hit.
2. Elvis
Directed by Baz Luhrmann, this musical drama biopic follows the life of Elvis. Newer actor Austin Butler plays Elvis, and Tom Hanks stars as his manager, Colonel Tom Parker. This film is slated to come out on June 3.
3. Don’t Worry, Darling
A couple, played by Florence Pugh and Harry Styles, find their lives falling apart in their 1950s utopian California community. Directed by Olivia Wilde, who has described this movie as “The Feminine Mystique on acid.”
